cascade session

management team has been giving cascade sessions for the past 2-3 days. their goal is to update the employees on what's been happening and where we're (the company) heading. well, it definitely gave me a different view of my future here (if ever i stay). i'm thinking that maybe i should give this a chance but at the same time not let any opportunity (of going away) pass by. around this time last year, i was also this confused; not sure where to go or what to do next.

AKB said that there are moments when we feel like that (unhappy with work, the workplace, the people you work with ) and we tend to runaway and search for our "happiness". but if the feeling keeps on coming back even after you've tried a lot of times to alleviate it, then maybe the real problem lies in you. she said that maybe we should stop looking at the negative side and just try and work our way to a positive outlook. i think that she's right about teaching ourselves to be contented but i don't think that applies to me right now.

first of all, i love my job. being a qa officer is like becoming a goddess. people don't need to see you or talk to you or know your name but they know you're there. they know that they should watch out. (heehee) secondly, i like the workplace. it's not very convenient (distance-wise) but at least it's not so hard going to work. finally, i love my sisters. they may be retards at times (bwahahaha) but they usually make my day seem brighter!

so you see, my job is not really a problem. but i feel that something is still missing. i still feel empty at times.

anyhoo, yesterday was fun. i'm glad i work with these people. they make me feel secured and important.
